I had to keep calling in to get updates on my order. I wasn’t even contacted when the vehicle arrived. The only way I knew was because Ziebart called me. I felt rushed in finally picking my car up. My salesman took the time to pair my phone but never covered any of the vehicle features. He had me sign a form giving him credit for showing me the vehicle features and around the dealership but it never happened. I signed it for him assuming he would. Finance assumed I would want to pay a lot more interest on my loan than necessary. He kept trying to convince me to finance my car for two years longer than I wanted. He repeatedly told me how a 72 month loan is the most popular. I had to tell him more than once that I wanted a shorter term. I’ve worked in this business and it’s nothing like it was when I did. I realize times have changed but I don’t understand the lack of caring and concern for customer satisfaction.

Anthony did a great job getting a deal done and the manager told me he would contact me when the interest drop so I can get a better monthly payment. If/ When that happens you will get a 5 star rating from me!
