$190 per hour for service is highway robbery. I am in the wrong profession. I have been a loyal customer for purchase and service for the past fifteen years and will not be back for any service on any of our four vehicles.

I dropped off my truck and was greeted by both employees at the counter. Both were friendly and we made some small talk. We discussed what they were going to do with my truck (oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter change). I told them I was just dropping off and they said they would call me when it was ready. I received a written estimate of the work to be performed. When I came back later in the day, the actual price was a bit lower than the estimate. The lady at the cashier's desk was very friendly and fun to chat with as well.

I didn't feel pressured. I've been looking for a new truck since the end of May. After visiting other dealers, I felt that Chevrolet of Troy were more transparent and willing to go the extra mile to help me get into a truck.

I HAD A ISSUE WITH PREVIOUS SERVICE NOT SURE IF THEY CHANGED MY CABIN FILTER (DUE TO THEM NOT RESETTING COUNTDOWN IN CAR) DISCUSSED THIS WITH THEM AT THIS SERVICE AND THEY ENSURED ME THEY WOULD CHECK FILTER AND MAKE SURE THEY RESET FILTER IN CAR. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY DID NOT RESET FILTER. I DID THIS MYSELF.

I don’t have anything bad to say except for when they list the price they should tell you the exact price when I was on the phone with the representative. She said that the cost from a pair will be $100 when I got there it was $176.

Brought my 2022 Silverado in for the L87 recall. Parker was upfront on thoroughly explaining the process and what was going to be performed during the visit. I am always pleased with any service that I have done on our two GM vehicles. I will continue to bring our vehicles to Chevrolet of Troy!

The job was done great but the labor cost was overly charged at $215 an hour for 2 hours of work. I could understand maybe $125 an hour . The part was $35. All in all I am not very happy with the price.

Whoever was supposed to detail my truck FAILED ! Even the salesman agreed that my truck wasn't clean, he washed it real quick while I went to lunch , the windows were dirty, the exterior of it was dirty and it wasn't even vacuumed out in the back. Terrible!

The maintenance team is very customer service centered and I have never had a real issue getting an oil change or service.

Thank you for covering everything on my oil change and service, along with my tire rotation. I am still checking on my radio. An update was done there. Still had a delayed issue on Saturday when I did a testing drive with the GPS portion. Finally connected but at least a 15 minute delay that I waited to connect.

i bought my car there on april 8th this year and the whole experience was great i went to get my oil changed the guys were great and i only had to wait 45 minutes i will always bring my car back there for my maintenance work

My salesman was awesome. I flew in from Illinois and was picked up at the airport. I did have to wait a little for the financing, which I thought would be quicker. The car, was not detailed prior to picking it up, which was sad being it was a brand new 2026.

i feel like it takes to long. i had a 430 appt i didnt get out of there untill 545. i dont feel like an oil change and tire rotation should take 1:15. i was told it would be an hour. but figured it would be faster since i was the only person in the waiting room. and i seen multiple people sitting around. everything just seemed to take to long. i can go to a drive through oil change and get done in 20 minutes. the service person i did deal with was great and informative. and the cashier is the absolute sweetest. im just not sure if ill be back. my time is worth more than sitting around for that amount of time. i bet it was 10 minutes my car sat outside done before i ould pay. then i had a coupon but that goes to the service guy not the cashier. a note or asking if i have a coupon that your site offers by the service guy would speed up time. i like the facility but the lack of respecting time is enough to jeep me from coming back

Had truck in a month ago for same problem. And was told it was a different part this time, I feel it should have been fixed last time I was in then was charged $200 for diagnosing. Also check engine light came on as I was leaving, they said part was prob going bad. Light was not on when I got there. And the next morning my remote start would not work. Very much dought I will come back to your dealership for anything. This is the second time I have had a very bad experience there. And only got a oil change for all my trouble.

I purchased a used 2021 chevy trail boss at the time it still had some power train warranty and after about 5 months + or - I had my truck sputtering and backfiring and it went into all kinds of warning lights so I was close to the dealer, pulled it in and they scanned it and said it showed some misfiring, but while we were there, the lights went off so the technician told me that it was probably running self diagnostics and cleared itself and sent me on my way two months later it did it again now I’m over my powertrain warranty by 15,000 miles because I drive for a living and they’re telling me it’s gonna cost between $3000 and $10,000 to fix it. I asked if there was anything they could do for me. I never got a call back for three weeks. I had to file a case with GM I’ll not go back to the dealership. No offer to help in anyway I asked my salesman to just buy the truck back and I will buy another vehicle. He said he would talk to the sales manager. We know how that goes and still no callback.

Called for service, scheduled in on Friday, told me it would be an hour, and service was done timely. Levi was at the service desk, explained service that was done, what was checked, check in and out was prompt.

I went for my first free oil change and tire rotation on my new truck. I marked 1 of my tires with a sharpie to ensure the tires were rotated. They were not rotated and they never reset my oil life on my truck. I sat and waited for an hour and I know for a fact my tires were not rotated and I am not even sure they changed my oil.

Overall experience was good. The process was smooth and efficient. I only had one issue that still needs resolved regarding the black widow puddle lights which is part of the standard package that were not on the truck I purchased. I inquired several times and was told they were on it prior to purchase, but they were not. I am trying to contact black widow direct to get more information on the package installed on the truck and see if I can get them direct and install them.

The entire experience from my initial phone call with a same day service appointment to keeping me informed on the progress all the way to check out was so easy with super nice people explaining everything along the way.

Friendly employees but I was told it would take 1 month or month and a half for the dealership to get the AWD part needed to fix the problem. I find that very very long for a 2025 automobile.

I stopped in after work to set up an appointment for an oil change. Levi was very helpful and was able to get me a time and date to fit my schedule. When I arrived on the date and time of my oil change Levi greeted me and did a thorough check of my vehicle before sending back for the oil change. Very nice young man and willing to take to time to answer any questions. After the oil change, he went over the maintenance inspection report with me.

The service department was great to deal with, but overall I waited over 3 weeks for my rim that is subpar. The rim was supposed to be new, but it came scratched. For all of the waiting that I did, I deserve a new rim as it was Chevy of Troy that damaged it initially. They should make this right.

Replaced part on bumper on my new 2026 colorado the new part never really fixed the problem now the corner of the new part keeps popping out almost every time I drive it, I keep pushing it back in afraid to take back to dealership it might make it worse not sure yet what avenue to take to really fix the problem, I thought the new part would fix it but now its kinda of more of a problem, I worry it could come off while driving, its the uncertainty of it happening is the worry. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. First, I told my service writer that I had an issue with my blind spot system. I realize that that’s not what I brought it in for and that they wouldn’t necessarily be able to fix it, he said they could check the settings for me. Second, I have a discount card that says I get $15 off my oil change but I need to show it at time of write up, which I did. He said he had never seen that card before but he made a note on the paperwork to give me $15 off. When my car was done, he was not around and there was no mention if he had found an issue with my settings and there was not a discount on my bill. The cashier said she couldn’t give me one because it was not written up that way. She told me that I could go talk to the other service writer and see if she could rewrite it. Well it should have already been done and I had been there long enough so I said forget it. I was going to let it go at that but you asked me how my service was, so there you go.

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my overall experience with this vehicle purchase. I purchased this vehicle brand new out of state and had it delivered to Florida. Unfortunately, when the car arrived, it had a paint chip, a heavy scratch on the door, and a cracked front splitter. I was extremely upset that these issues were not spotted or disclosed before delivery, and it honestly felt like an unpleasant surprise after making such a major purchase. I immediately contacted my salesperson, and for over a week now I have continuously been told that the dealer owner and new car sales manager would be reaching out to make this right. However, I am still waiting for any meaningful response or resolution. At this point, I feel very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. I have been nothing but a good customer throughout this process and completed payment for the vehicle in good faith. I simply expect the same level of professionalism and customer service in return. I would appreciate a prompt response and a clear plan to resolve these issues.

I do want to acknowledge Kevin Bauer. Kevin was amazing to my wife and I from the time we walked in the door. He was patient with us and didn't push anything on us. He took his time to find out what our needs were, instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. It was a situation where we felt like we 'bought' something, as opposed to being 'sold' something. For the last 15 years I was a Ford guy, but I thought I would try something new. In fact, we actually went back 5 days later and bought another vehicle.

Easy to drop off and have noted what needs done or checked. My only complaint would be that I am not notified when the vehicle is done. I would like to wither to be told when dropped off that I can come get by a certain time or that they will call to let me know instead of me having to call and find out last minute.

Great service department had first oil change tire rotation. The only thing I wish was that they would’ve equal out the air pressure in the tires but overall all great they was real good with my son. He’s young like 16 and he had no issues.

4 cars in front me still got oil change and tire rotation within an hour

I was very disappointed with the service I received at Chevrolet of Troy. I have been a customer of this dealership for around 20 years. I took my truck in for recommended service. (Tune up) as soon as I picked it up it was not running right. (Ran like crap) drove it about a mile and took it back. #1 plug was set wrong. How does that happen? They did fix it and apologized, but now I won’t have much confidence in letting them service it again.

Service writers that I spoke with were excellent. The car was ready when it was promised. Very friendly lady in the cashier department too.

I dropped off my vehicle the night before for a 8 am appointment. I called at 12:30 and the service person was supposed to call me right back. No call back so at 3:30 I called back. Diagnostics had been done but nobody called me with results. I shouldn't have to keep calling the dealership to find out what's going on.

Communication was better at this visit.

Levi was very pleasant and professional in his greeting and explanation of issues. I appreciated the friendly cashier as well. The lounge was clean, comfortable and bright.

Started out terrible. At drop off I asked for a tech to be present so nothing would get lost in translation as I had info from doing some investigation on my own. The tech was rude and pretty much discounted everything I was telling him. I was ready to walk out and go to Smedley’s but out of shear convenience and hope I left the truck. That afternoon I was called and told they had found a loose connection and replaced the fuel pressure regulator sensor and a pigtail plug. Picked up truck and went right to the car wash because something was getting wet and putting it in reduced power mode-that was why I took it in. At the car wash it went right in to reduced power mode so I took it right back. Next day at 4:00 I called because I had not heard from anyone. Was told my service advisor was off and a manger would call me back. Never called. At 4:45 I called back and talked to a young man and he told me the tech wanted to replace the engine wiring harness. I said absolutely not and I would be in in the morning to get my truck. When I got there the service advisor told me someone involved other persons and they wanted to keep looking for the problem. I asked what they did the day before but the advisor had no idea. I come to find out he only worked on it for 1 ½ hours. Ann got involved and apologised for the poor service and she was going to put another tech on it. I spoke to him after the next day and felt he was on the right track and knew what he was doing. Nothing definitive was ever found where water may be getting in but they pressure washed the underneath and took it to a car wash with under body spray and it was fine. Ann thinks a connection may know be located where it isn’t getting wet because of the searching for the problem. I picked up the truck and took it to the car wash and it was in the rain also but so far it hasn’t happened again. Friday the 19th I was driving it and the engine symbol began flashing for about a minute and then stopped-this is new. Didn’t throw any codes so I don’t know what that was. I will talk to Ann on Monday.
