Well this is my first experience with your service department. When scheduling my service I told them my truck was making sound like a exhaust leak and was wondering if they could look into it also when I brought it in for service and was told no problem just let them know next week when you bring it in. The day I brought my 2024 chevy 2500 in for it's first 5000 mile service. Pulled my truck in and one of your employees approached my truck and I told them I was here for a service and asked if they heard the noise they replied yes and I asked if there was time to check it out and was told no I would have to schedule another service because they only had one diesel mechanic and didn't have time.I then shut my truck off and walked to the desk and explained what I was told when I scheduled they made a phone call and a mechanic showed up started the truck and no sound but talking with the mechanic found out it was the def injector and that was normal. I thanked him and the person behind the desk for there assistants. I went to the waiting room for about 30 minutes person behind the desk came in and said you have a recall on your truck and they were going to fix that also while it was there. I was there for one and a half hours when I was initially told they only had time for a oil change. Everything was covered under warranty of course recall/first service . I get in my truck to leave and drive about five miles down the road and my low tire light comes on. my back driver side was low. My tires were rotated and because I have a different air pressure from front to back I can only guess that air pressure wasn't checked properly after rotated.yes i put the proper air in once I got home. But I'm left thinking do i want to pay for this kind of service would you?

Only negative I would say is that when I got back into my car my radio station was changed and the menu was not put back to show the speed it was on oil life. I have no real complaints about the quality of the work performed though other than the first time I hit the brakes, the truck pulled VERY hard to the right but that went away in a couple of hard braking stops. Nobody was rude but nobody was exactly friendly either. Not a complaint, just an observation. However, when I arrived, the lady at the desk thought I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, not a brake job. Also, no quote was given before the work was started. No status updates during the work. Had I known I was going to be charged $575 for a simple brake job I would have waited till my mechanic could get to it and taken it to him. He does the same job for 1/3 the price using genuine GM parts. I came to you guys because the guy I normally go to couldn't get me in till next week. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will not be back.

I was told it would take 30 mins. I was there for an hour and 45 mins. All I needed was 2 key fobs and a new tire pressure sensor. I don't care that it took an hour and 45 mins to get the job done, but tell me it's going to take that long so I can set expectations on my end and make plans accordingly. When you tell me it's 30 mins, I plan on the job taking 45 mins worst case.

I dropped off my truck and was greeted by both employees at the counter. Both were friendly and we made some small talk. We discussed what they were going to do with my truck (oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter change). I told them I was just dropping off and they said they would call me when it was ready. I received a written estimate of the work to be performed. When I came back later in the day, the actual price was a bit lower than the estimate. The lady at the cashier's desk was very friendly and fun to chat with as well.

Rest rooms were provided in the waiting area along with a self serve coffee bar including delishes cookies. Very comfortable seating with Tv. I was expecting a one half to three quarters hour wait, which turned into an one and half hours. Seemed to be a little long for an oil change/tire rotation service. price was reasonable with a provided coupon discount.

i feel like it takes to long. i had a 430 appt i didnt get out of there untill 545. i dont feel like an oil change and tire rotation should take 1:15. i was told it would be an hour. but figured it would be faster since i was the only person in the waiting room. and i seen multiple people sitting around. everything just seemed to take to long. i can go to a drive through oil change and get done in 20 minutes. the service person i did deal with was great and informative. and the cashier is the absolute sweetest. im just not sure if ill be back. my time is worth more than sitting around for that amount of time. i bet it was 10 minutes my car sat outside done before i ould pay. then i had a coupon but that goes to the service guy not the cashier. a note or asking if i have a coupon that your site offers by the service guy would speed up time. i like the facility but the lack of respecting time is enough to jeep me from coming back

Had truck in a month ago for same problem. And was told it was a different part this time, I feel it should have been fixed last time I was in then was charged $200 for diagnosing. Also check engine light came on as I was leaving, they said part was prob going bad. Light was not on when I got there. And the next morning my remote start would not work. I purchased a used 2021 chevy trail boss at the time it still had some power train warranty and after about 5 months + or - I had my truck sputtering and backfiring and it went into all kinds of warning lights so I was close to the dealer, pulled it in and they scanned it and said it showed some misfiring, but while we were there, the lights went off so the technician told me that it was probably running self diagnostics and cleared itself and sent me on my way two months later it did it again now Iโ€™m over my powertrain warranty by 15,000 miles because I drive for a living and theyโ€™re telling me itโ€™s gonna cost between $3000 and $10,000 to fix it. I asked if there was anything they could do for me. I never got a call back for three weeks. I had to file a case with GM Iโ€™ll not go back to the dealership. No offer to help in anyway I asked my salesman to just buy the truck back and I will buy another vehicle. He said he would talk to the sales manager. We know how that goes and still no callback.

The service department was great to deal with, but overall I waited over 3 weeks for my rim that is subpar. The rim was supposed to be new, but it came scratched. For all of the waiting that I did, I deserve a new rim as it was Chevy of Troy that damaged it initially. They should make this right.

Overall experience was good. The process was smooth and efficient. I only had one issue that still needs resolved regarding the black widow puddle lights which is part of the standard package that were not on the truck I purchased. I inquired several times and was told they were on it prior to purchase, but they were not. I am trying to contact black widow direct to get more information on the package installed on the truck and see if I can get them direct and install them.
